You agree that any legal action or procedure filed by eaglemasters.in@gmail.com against you for any reason relating to this Agreement or the parties' responsibilities hereunder will be brought solely in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction in India. Any claim or cause of action you may have with respect to the Service must be filed within one year of the day the claim or cause of action arises, or it will be barred. The failure of eaglemasters.in@gmail.com to insist on or enforce strict compliance of any part of this Agreement shall not be regarded as a derogation of such provision or right.
