However, if you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us as soon as possible and we will rectify the matter, issue a refund, or grant credit for future Eagle Masters orders

Refund Policy

When a fee payment is made to Eagle Masters, the payments received in advance are held in a client account by Eagle Masters. Eagle Masters will be paid when they work on a client's case. Depending on the accomplishment of specific milestones, Eagle Masters gets a fee at different rates and at different times during an engagement (e.g. providing client portal access, assigning relationship manager, obtaining DIN, Filing of forms, etc.).

We make every effort to provide the service to you according to the specifications and timelines listed against each service or product you purchase from Eagle master; however, if we are unable to provide the service or product you purchased from us for any reason, you will be entitled to a refund, which will be subject to the following circumstances:

• Only money paid to government entities, such as filing fees or taxes, or to other third parties involved in the processing of your transaction is refunded or credited up to 50%.
• If there is any inconsistency or delay from our site that you do not like, we will return your entire payment. (Though this is an extremely unusual circumstance.)
• Because the resources and man hours invested on providing the service are non-returnable, a refund for an earned fee is not possible.
• In any case, Eagle Masters will only be obligated to repay the amount paid by the client.

Procedure for Requesting Refund

Refund requests can be made by sending an email to eaglemasters.in@gmail.com detailing your problem. To obtain a refund, you must describe your problems in detail in the correspondence. All refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of the original purchase date. Over 60-day refund requests will not be considered, and only credit will be given for service completion or change of service. We will handle your refund request within 4 to 5 weeks of receiving all of the necessary information, such as the reason for the refund, the bank details for processing the request, and so on

Change of Service

You must request a change of service within 60 days after purchase if you want to switch from one provider to another. Your Eagle Masters account will be credited with the purchase price of the original service, less any earned fee and any money paid to government bodies, such as filing fees or taxes, or to other third parties involved in the processing of your transaction. The balance credit can be applied to any other Eagle Masters service.

Standard Pricing

Eagle Masters has an uniform price policy in which no additional service fees are ever requested. The standard pricing policy, however, does not apply to an increase in the total fee paid by the client to Eagle Masters as a result of an increase in government fees or fees incurred by the client for legal documentation completion or re-filing of forms with the government due to rejection or resubmission. Eagle Masters is not responsible or liable for any additional costs paid by the client as a result of the service's completion

Factors Outside our Control

We cannot guarantee the outcome or consequences of any specific surgery. For example, a trademark application may be denied by the government for legal reasons unrelated to Eagle Masters' services. A government backlog or issues with government platforms (e.g., the MCA website, the Income Tax website, or the FSSAI website) might cause substantial delays before your process is completed in some situations. Force Majeure

Eagle Masters shall not be deemed in violation of its Satisfaction Guarantee policy or in default under any terms of service, and shall not be liable to the Client for any cessation, interruption, or delay in the execution of its responsibilities as a result of an earthquake, Flood, fire, storm, lightning, drought, landslide, hurricane, cyclone, typhoon, tornado, natural disaster, act of God or the public enemy, epidemic, famine, or plague, court or public authority action, change in law, explosion, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labour strike, lockout, boycott, or other event beyond our reasonable control, whether foreseen or unforeseen (each a "Force Majeure Event")

Cancellation Fee

Our warranty only covers satisfaction concerns caused by Eagle Masters - not changes to your situation or state of mind - because we incur expenditures and devote time, people, technical resources, and effort to your service or document production. We will retain the fee paid on your account until you are ready to begin the service if you require us to suspend the processing of a service.

We reserve the right to make every effort to complete the service before processing any refund. If you are dissatisfied with the service, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 20% plus any earned fees plus any fees paid to the government. The cancellation fee would not apply if the service was changed.
